I have a sweet kitchen knife up for sale today. It is a 180mm Kiritsuke Nakiri 180mm in length. It is made by Niagara Hamono AS and is made from Aogami Super sandwiched between stainless steel Tsushime to improve corrosion resistance and make a beautiful knife. Handle is made from teak and has a buffalo horn collar. The nakiri shape is very handy to work with in the kitchen. I am the original owner and it was purchased from Cooks Edge originally. They are no longer available but there is info about it listed on their site. I believe I have used it 4 times. Amazing slicer. I am selling because the super steels make me nervous as I am always scared I am going to chip and edge and do not live in an area where I can get them sharpened easily. I really baby it and want it to go to a home that won't be scared to use it
