Looking to trade my NIB Benchmade 10502BK Drop Point Mel Pardue Rant for a Doug Ritter mini Griptilian folder (can throw in some cash) or a straight trade for standard NIB Benchmade 556 mini Griptilian (straight edge only, preference for black handle, might consider blue handle). If you have a used 556 in great shape please PM me as well.
The knife looks exactly like this http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.kis.net/0011/bmrantbt.jpg&imgrefurl=http://216.71.158.68/webcat/bmrantbt.shtml&usg=__Ak_QACWeMrwsfxjMufGkfsUdXrs=&h=452&w=593&sz=62&hl=en&start=17&um=1&itbs=1&tbnid=rugmSrj6Kz8aZM:&tbnh=103&tbnw=135&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dbenchmade%2B10502%2Bblack%26hl%3Den%26rls%3Dcom.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox%26rlz%3D1I7GGLD_en%26um%3D1
This Rant was a Red Class knife that was made in the USA and is marked USA on the blade in the logo and was discontinued last year in the 440C version. I have 2 more of these as I like them so much. I prefer 440C since I use it as both a mountain survival knife as well as a general purpose boat knife when I'm by the ocean, and D2 would just rust away in a saltwater environment. Here's a great review of the satin version of the knife which includes a one year torture test http://www.gunblast.com/Greg_Benchmade-PardueMDP.htm
