This Brous Blades Division Flipper (Acid Stonewash) opens and closes as smooth as silk, blade is centered and as requested it has an early lockup. This knife has never been carried and literally the ONLY thing this blade has been used to slice is a packing peanut from the shipping box. The carbon fiber beautiful and the knife feels great in hand.
I have to give credit to Jim Skelton and his review on YouTube of the Division Flipper for turning me on to this knife and making me HAVE to have one. If you hasn't seen his video reviews you should check them out. The man does a great job and covers a lot of extremely nice folders.
I bought myself one and LOVED it so I ordered another for my oldest son, he's never used it (its been sitting in my office drawer for a couple months) so this is a simple catch and release. The two I bought are BY FAR the smoothest flippers I've ever owned or even tried. It's amazing that they were able to get a blade this size to flip open so incredibly fast and easy.
I'd love to keep both but I simply can't justify it with as many knives as I've picked up recently. My Division Flipper has been used a lot, on thick, double walled cardboard boxes at my office and the Acid Stonewash has yet to show any wear.
This knife comes with the original box along with the Certificate of Authenticity and all other paperwork.
