I'm whittling down my meager collection even more. So I'm offering up this new in the box Glock 42 .380. It comes with everything that was in the box when it left the factory. I'm also including 3 extra new factory mags for a total of 5, a set of Williams Fire Sights that I had professionally installed by Gibbs Custom Gunsmith with the original work order from Gibbs, a set of Talon rubberized grips that can easily be removed, and a brand new Alabama RH pocket holster. What appear to be scratches in the right serrations is actually a bit of oil. I'm letting this one go for $500.00 with everything included. FTF only. I'm located about 30 miles southwest of Chicago.

The mags are selling for $25.00 each on Ebay, the holster sells for $40.00, the Fire Sights sell for $56.95 + $40.00 for the installation, and the Talon Grips sell for $19.99. That's a total of $231.94 in extras not counting tax & shipping. Any way you slice it, this is a smoking deal.

Gotcha. Pretty sure that USPS still allows non-FFL’s to ship.
I don't think you can mail a handgun without a licence:

432.21 Authorized Persons

Subject to 432.22, handguns may be mailed by a licensed manufacturer of firearms, a licensed dealer of firearms, a licensed importer of firearms, or an authorized agent of the federal government or the government of a state, territory, or district, only when addressed to a person in one of the following categories for use in the person’s official duties, and upon filing the required affidavit or certificate:

  1. Officers of the Army, Coast Guard, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, or Organized Reserve Corps.
  2. Officers of the National Guard or militia of a state, territory, or district.
  3. Officers of the United States or of a state, territory, or district, whose official duty is to serve warrants of arrest or commitment.
  4. USPS employees authorized by the Chief Postal Inspector.
  5. Officers and employees of enforcement agencies of the United States.
  6. Watchmen engaged in guarding the property of the United States, a state, territory, or district.
  7. Purchasing agent or other designated member of agencies employing officers and employees included in 432.21c through e.

A non-FFL can ship a long gun through the US Postal System. Only an FFL holder, other than an 03 C&R license holder, can mail a handgun.
