Date code 0398 and 0498 ( each handle is different date ). LEATHERMAN SUPER TOOL PAT PEND PORTLAND OR appears on one side of each handle, knife tangs ( one plain & one serrated ) are stamped LEATHERMAN USA as is the plier pivot head, knurled screw construction, lanyard attachment, mm and inch rulers and a nylon sheath. Original box, Product Registration form, Super Tool Users Guide, Leatherman Accessories brochure. The black oxide SuperTools are tough to find New In Box, and is a great addition to a Leatherman collection. Manufactured in USA from 1994 to 2001. Length 4.5 inches , weight 9 ounces. This LM is new in box, never used, original edge on both knife blades.
