I have a new in box Cold Steel Recon Scout in Carbon V Steel. It has not been out of the box much at all! It still has the moisture packets from the factory. Made in the USA! It is perfect as far as I can see. It has never been put in the sheath. If there is a certain pic you want please ask! it is marked Cold Steel on one side and USA Carbon V on the other. Not used or carried.
