I have 2 NIB SOG Powerlock S62 with V-Cutter multi-tools for sale. These come with the leather sheath.

I bought three, and am definitely keeping one. If you don't have a multi-tool with the power to cut coins in half, get yourself one of these. The pliers are the strongest out there. This tool is built like a tank, you won't be dissapointed.
