First up is a SOG Toothlock TK-01. It is brand new and simply sat around for many moons in the box. I haven't used it or sharpened it; carried it either.

Next is a Spyderco Aqua Salt. This is LNIB as I have cut some things with it and sharpened it, but it hasn't seen much use. I sent it in to Spyderco because I noticed the common (from what I can see) issue of the sheath dulling parts of the blade. They took a look at it and seemed to think all was well and they sharpened it up. I resharpened it since, but the sheath still seems to be an issue.
The short of it is that the knife is great, I just don't want to deal with getting a custom sheath.
