NIB Spyderco Ladybug & Micra for Kershaw Chive

I have a black handled NIB SPyderco Ladybug, in PE, and a used Leatherman Micra that I'd like to trade for a Kershaw Chive in PE (or Prybaby, as I posted in the gadgets section). I'd like the handle in plain, high polish, or in black. Not the multi colored or rainbow handles.
