I just wanted to post up a picture of the absolutely perfect NIB vintage Red Alox Woodsman that I received from FelineVet today. Thanks Tim!

The Woodsman is a 2 layer knife, but the saw layer is very thin. A Woodsman knife measures about .420" thick whereas most other ribbed alox 2 layer Vics measure about .455-.465" thick.

I really wish Victorinox still made this model. I think it is the perfect PSK knife. If you come across a nice Woodsman I would highly recommend buying it.

I also have Woodsman from Tim and it is great. That said, adding the combo tool in the knife layer (effectively making it a 91mm red alox lumberjack) would add 3 extra functions without increasing he thickness, which would be EXTRA cool...
