What is standard issue with a new Sebbie (sm Classic)

Inside the white cardboard box is the knife wrapped neatly in white tissue paper, the allen wrench taped to the inside box cover, the knife's birth certificate, a "Caution" insert stating that the knife is sharp, and a sheet of knife care instructions.

Oh and the box has a rather nice sticker on the top in metalic blue with the number of years CRK have been in business. The side of the box contains any info about the knife.
