I almost had a transaction with Nic Ramirez, but unfortunately due to problems on my end, I couldn't close it. Nic graciously displayed all the fine qualities of a true gentleman throughout the process (integrity, kindness, graciousness, courtesy) and this deserves to be mentioned.
