Okie, I ask Chuck that while at the factory.It was Idaho,Kansas, back to Idaho.Before that Chuck's Great Grandfather came from Canada.Across the line from Minn..Hope this helps.DM

hi dave, could you email me some additional detail of what Chuck told you
as this is diffrent then what i got from CJ..

i had talked with CJ on some of what i managed to dig on the internet
which showed there was several Bucks in kansas
some of which had communication with
Bucks back in the east..
separably- the Bucks of Buck Tool history
which come from Sheffield marry old ,
were haveing a famley fall out ...
so bad that even brothers had lawsute agenst each other !
and that many of the famley left the east..
i only lacked a name / relation ship to tie them together..
it was in discussing this other buck family when CJ said
that could explain the total blank past Hoit's father..
so any thing you could enlighten me of would tiggle me greatly
