I have a couple of very nice Nikon binoculars that I'd like to sell... Photos below the description.
1. Nikon 8x30 Ell A true classic porro-prism binocular from Nikon with a huge 8.8 degree FOV and an amazing sharp, crystal clear, amost 3D view! They're tough to find in the US (I purchased these from Japan). Check out this article at allbinos.com for specs and details and be sure to check out other reviews. The view through these does NOT disappoint! Amazing modern optics and workmanship in an iconic package! These are in outstanding condition. Focus wheel is very smooth with no play. The only flaw I can find is some very minor scratching on the objective coating...(I tried to capture it in the photos) Includes stock case and lens covers. I replaced the stock strap with a nicer Nikon strap. No box or paperwork. Only selling because I have two pair... 2. Nikon Monarch 5 12x42 These are in like-new condition. I really only tried them out once or twice in the back yard... just a bit too high magnification for my needs. Great optics and and an outstanding sharp veiw! Focus wheel is silky smooth with no play. Waterproof/Fogproof... (specs here). They'd be great for hunting or longer range birding.
