The wife and I met Dad up at the family fish camp, had some smoked pork for lunch, and spent the rest of the day out fishing. The weather was perfect, mid 70's until dark. We caught a little bit of everything: catfish, a couple bass, shellcracker and bream. Doesn't get much better than days like this.

Dad landed this beast with a #6 hook and 6lb. test line on a Zebco 33!!

Wonder why they call these "flatheads."

A nice, diverse mess of fish. The best part is we didn't even buy any bait, caught all this on wigglers we dug from a our worm bed.

That's a really nice haul! Those redbellies are gorgeous. Sweet cat on 6# test - that's a testament to the fisherman! Dad must be proud of that one.

Thanks for sharing the pics.

Where ya from man? Looks like Missouri, especialy the nice Cats....

Great pics. Thanks for sharing!!

More pictures of the wife are requested! ;)

Good job man - a BAD day of fishing is better than most 'good' days at work.

This is her and my brother's wife. She loves fishing as much as my wife. She was just commisioned as an officer in the Air Force.

Thanks for sharing the pics.

He played him until the fish was literally floating he was so wore out. The real testament is that the folks that have the camp next to ours didn't catch a single fish in two days of fishing, and we caught these in a few hours. They are staying all week, Dad is taking them fishing today to put them on a few holes.

Nice fish! We do a little fishing around Telogia about twice a year...nothing like those redbellies fried up with some "dough-boys" and a cold beer! those willow/buttercats are quite tasty as well!
