Nice sharpening article, dated 2003

I really like the point where the guy tells us to buy "good knives" by the case... wow! It is even better when he says that a good knife when bought six at a time should cost you no more than $12 each. Are we talking about Moras here? :D

He is basically talking about moras. Knives ment for use, and not missed if abused or broken. Note that the emphasis was on vetrinary necropsy equipment. This is not a "what knife do I want to take camping" article. This is a "what knives do I want to use to butcher and examine- for cause of death- a dead cow in a feedlot" article.
