Hi everyone,
Tonight I am offering up a fairly large Sheepsfoot Slicer. This knife is made from 3/32” thick stock AEB-L stainless steel and is 8 1/4” in length with a 3 1/2” razor sharp cutting edge. The height of the blade is 1 1/4” at the ricasso.
The grind on this knife is high flat and it will make a great slicer. The handles are distressed OD Green G-10 with Brown G-10 liners and copper pins. The handle is rock-carved and very comfortable. The large finger grooves provide excellent cutting control. The top of the spine has jimping for thumb placement.
Comes with custom kydex sheath as shown. The sheath rivets are placed 3/4” on center, making the use of many carry options feasible.
