I have for sale some very nice waterfall bubinga blocks. These blocks are all 5 7/8" (some 6") long, 2" wide, 1 7/8" thick. I have just cut and did a rough sand on the blocks. That does not show the chatoyancy of this wood. To get it to really stand out sand it to about 600 or higher and a touch of teak oil or similar will work. Once you get into the 1000 or so range this stuff really looks good. I included a short not very good video of the one block sanded to about 400 or 600 with some teak oil rubbed in. This block is cut from the same wood and was just randomly selected out of the 8 blocks I have right now. These guys are thick enough you should get two nice sized scales or if your good maybe two sets of thinner scales. Should be plenty large enough for hidden tang knives.

At this time I am not cutting scales but if there is a big enough interest for them I can cut some up and post for sale. Also if you all would prefer that each block be sanded and oiled to show the chatoyancy I could get around to it but will take a little bit.

These are $30 per block, #1 and #7 block is $27 due to the chip evident in the picture on the one corner of each. Shipping $5 conUS as many as you buy.
New price $27 a piece for remaining blocks 2,3, and 8

The individual block that is in the video and pictured separately and will be block #8.

PP preferred but will take check/money order and will ship once cleared.

Blocks 1,4,5,6,7 SOLD

Just finished the handle on my machette I am working on and wanted to show more what this wood looks like when finished. This is taken to 600grit then polished and a thin coat of oil and wax. Then buffed out. Its hard to get the full effect but hope this will give guys on idea. This is from the same batch of wood, random block.

Oh and yes my handles need work, this is only the third one Ive done. I am sure yours will look much better;)
