Nic is a classically trained chef and makes one of the best chef knives that money can buy. These are all Nitro-V steel with copper pins and an assortment of beautiful wood handles. We are also including a can of our Sasquatch Wax with all Nicholas Nichols Knives order. Sasquatch wax is great to use on your blades, cutting boards, wood handles, leather, and micarta.
