Nicholson files on clearance

The local Menard's just put all of last years Nicholson files on clearance. There was a 3-pack(small round, triangle, and flat single cut) of Nicholson files in a flexible red plastic case. They were Nicholson files made by Cooper Tools, but didn't say Black Diamond. What's the difference between these and the individual packs?
