Nicholson Recurve Fighter

This one has a very slight, intentional recurve in its 4 1/2 inch blade. Made frome a nicholson 3/16th inch thick file it has an aol of 8 7/8th inches. It was double quenched and tempered at 400 degrees for two 2 hour sessions. Handles are laminated dymond wood held secure by two 3/16th brass pins. The fitted sheath was handsewn, and finished in neatsfoot oil. It holds the blade securely for a worry free carry yet allows the knife to be accessed quickly with one hand.
