Hi Joe,I was informed that the 110 silver bolsters were hard to come by,at the time.Cumberland was not making stag scales because they couldn`t buy the bolsters from Buck.Brass would not do.

Thats news to me although i have not heard of a 110 with nickle silver project in the works. I would guess that it will be used on special projects only.

Thanks Joe.It shouldn`t be hard to slip nickel in the bolster machine or silver,for that matter.Myths do abound.I did want to make a complete sentance,after being flamed for;"Myths abound."I do not see the problem.This is not a dissertation.Heck,I could write in DoD acronyms,and really confuse most.
