I just wanted to thank Nickortizzle1035 (Nick) for being an understanding customer. Nick bought one of my small bushcrafters over a year ago and something happened to the sheath. He said it was his fault and he'd pay for another sheath, we agreed on a price, he shipped it to me, i made another sheath and sent it back to him. I got a call a month of so later that the stitching was unraveling on the belt loop. I told him to send it back and I'd take care of it, but it might take 2 weeks since i was leaving for vacation in a few days. Upon inspecting the knife, I had cut the threads too close to the knot, totally my fault. Well 2 weeks turned into 4, then 4 weeks turned into 2 months. Nick never complained or sent 10 emails a day wanting to know where his knife was. Then my dog decides that Nick's sheath would make a tasty treat while we are gone out to eat one night. He ate the whole thing and evidently hid the matching fire steel somewhere under the couch. All that was left was the knife laying in the kitchen floor. Not a really big deal, time wise, since I was going to have to take the old sheath apart to re-stitch the loop anyway. Long story short, I had Nick's knife for 3 months to do something that i should have completed within a week of getting it, lost his firesteel (which i did replace), had to make an entirely new sheath from scratch, and never once did Nick complain. Thanks for being understanding and a good customer, Nick
