Czechmate, the folks who own the trademarks are worried about them and spend too much money with lawyers keeping those who don't think they matter from abusing them.

You CANNOT use "Cutting Edge®" to name a knife business or a knife club or anything to do with knives as long as I maintain the trademark.

Sorry A.G, my post was intended to be extremely sarcastic; thus why I added the foot in mouth icon/emoticon and I'd never advocate using someone else's brand or trademark.
