Okay, regarding to the new group I am assembling, the rules are as follows:

1. Have some sort of paid membership to BladeForums
2. Own at least 3 knives from well known companies. Old, new, traditional, modern, doesn't matter.
Sanrenmu, Gonzo, Gerber, Frost, and MTech do NOT count!
3. Have at least 60 posts on BladeForums in any area.
4. Have been a member for at least 3 months.
5. Have a general love of knives.

These are the only requirements that I see necessary.

Only Gold members will be able to request numbers, others will be assigned. Special cases may exist due to far surpassing the requirements.

This will also be the signup thread, so feel free to sign up. Pictures will be needed to verify the knife ownership part.

These are the three threads we are using to organize the new group!

I think you barely cut it ;)
Due to your participation in helping me start this group and far surpassing the 3 knife minimum, you are number 77.

Good idea with all the New specific manufactures groups popping up. I would like to join and i will take number #23

These work?

Why not,

Let's try # 5

Adding you to the list now. Until the name is decided on, I will not actually "create" the group per se. But you will all be added to the list of members until then.

I joined BF on 11/03/12, so I'll be on for 3 months in 4 days, so I might as well sign up now.
Can I request 169?

Alright, TotalDBag, you're going to be added to the list for such prevalent posting and since you are right at 3 months I'm just letting it slide.
BigFatts, you're in too.

I hope I qualify... I've got an Emmerson, a Spyderco Pac. Salt, and an SOG... it's a multi-tool, but has a blade on it...
I've been picking up blades from here in the Fixed Blade section lately...

What is the point of this group? This is like when elitest nerds start chess club within a chess club.

Here are some crappy cell phone pics of a couple of drawers. I'll take #9 if available, if not, then whatever.

I was always more of a checkers kind of guy.

Not sure it really has a point or if it even needs one. But neither do any of the other online groups, so who cares?
