Night Time Gear

yep those cats are hell lol.

i keep water, ibuprofen, std phone, cell phone & SF E1e on top of nightstand, surefire M3, SIG P220 .45ACP, extra mag, OC, & condoms (hey ya gotta be prepared lol) in top drawer, colt M4 clone w/SF and aimpoint and 2 X30 rounders under the bed. usually have a knife around also.
 
Just within reach of my bed at night:

- Either my Fenix L1 or Nuwai Q3
- Endura 3
- Wallet
- Nokia 7260 cellphone
- Hardwood arnis stick
 
My power goes off ,a lot !
I have a 2 D Maglight and my 44 sp Charter arms on the nightstand.
The Mini 14 is in the corner.
My American Bulldog sleeps on her pad in the hall.
My Danes patrol the yard and my fish farm at night.

About 6 months ago someone disenguaged my gate and lured the Danes and a Dobie down the road ( stupid male dogs)..
They returned later.
Smoked, my Bulldog, jumped through the screen, silently, and ' introduced herself"
One I heard the screaming, me an mini checked it out.

The two Cubans, after their hospital visit are still in the clink.
Thank God I had a rabies tag for the dog or I would have been the " criminal"
 
Living in an earthquake-prone country I keep a 2D Maglight, A cheapie LED headlight, a pair of shoes, a pair of leather gloves and a crowbar (prybar) just under the bed. Cutting your feet on broken glass is a bad start to sorting things out after the big one.
I keep the same kit in the office at work - minus the shoes which I am usually wearing there. People sometimes ask me about the crowbar...
 
Napalm airstrike, for Illumination with that lovely scent of petrol? Almost aromatherapy :)
 
Bedside is the Para Ordnance P13-.45, 13+1 230 gr. hollowpoints. Another mag of silvertips in the dresser drawer. Nearby on my dresser is an El Cheapo plastic flashlight, along with various instruments of the slashing/stabbing/hacking/pummeling type. Inside corner of the closet has an NEF Pardner 12ga. with four shells lined up for easy access; Two 00 buck and two slugs.

Also on the dresser is a glass of water and whatever reading material I happen to be into at the time.
 
I have a killer ninja robot with laser eyes posted next to my night stand.:p

And a cat or two at the foot of the bed for good measure along with ten or twelve acid spitting bats just outside the window ready to spew death at the slightest hint of danger. ;)

Overkill? I think not. :cool:

I say, if you are gonna go, go big; if you're gonna be a bear be an acid spitting grizzly!

also my wife wakes up mean.:D

Beretta Tomcat between the mattresses, 870 in the corner with 9 rounds of #4 BS (no need to make a door to the neighbors’) led mini-mag and cell phone by head (cell phone doubles as an alarm), and a double D life support machine next to me.
 
I bought this place cheap because the previous owner had been gunned to death in my bedroom.

The first couple of months I was very alert, in case the killer hadn't noticed that a new owner had moved in.

I still keep, on a closed nylon belt hanging by the bed, a Glock 17 with two mags and a small box of 20 extra rounds , a gerber Infinity LED, a Glock knife, and a 3 cell mag light.

I also live in an area with a large muslim population. (not that there is anything wrong with that)
 
My wife works for Athena's Home Novelities. The only thing I can post here without getting it moved to Whine and Cheese is AA batteries.;)

normally on my bedside table i have a Surefire U2, L4 and E1L
a small dim led light, spyderco Endura, dragonfly and cricket
my spyderco Temperance on the floor under the bed
my wallet, keys, belt etc live in my pants on the floor
