Nimravus & LMF II

I am also considering the gerber LMF. I got to handle one at a gun/knife show and it felt really good in my hand. I'm thinking though its just a little too big so I am now considering the Gerber Prodigy.

I think the prodigy would be good as a beater knife.

I've never handled the Gerber, though I do own a Nimravus that has been used and abused @ work and in many schools. FWIW, the thing has done everything from skinning rabbits to prying open sealed ammo cans without any problems.

I've been debating on picking up a lmf and sending it off to have the edge reground. I saw a photo of one with the serrations removed and a slight recurve added.
