Up for sale is a nice chopper made out of Nitro-V stainless steel and heat treated including sub-zero with a targeted hardness of 62 HRC.
The handle is 7 1/4" long and shaped to allow for a comfortable grip when both choked up for lighter cutting tasks and when held at the end for chopping duty. Handle materials are brown burlap micarta and hunter orange G-10 liners held with hex head barrel screws. Scales can be removed using the screws if you ever wanted to change them or modify.
Blade is flat ground to about .015" prior to putting on edge.
Blade is hand sanded to 600 grit for a nice satin finish.
OAL: 18 3/8"
BL: 11 1/8 tip to scales
spine: .150"
and the widest point in the blade is ~2 3/8" edge to spine
Asking $SOLD for the chopper. Sheath is optional, add $20 for kydex and $30 for leather.
