Hello everyone, I have one of my Nitro-V paring knives available. Hardened to 63, it has a 3.5” blade and 4” handle. 3/32” at the spine with a thin hollow grind going down to .005-.007” behind the edge. The handle is vintage opal g10, I have a very limited supply of this material left. This will make a great detail knife in the kitchen and is considered an essential tool along with a chef knife for most work.
