Nitro-V- third time's (not) a charm

Higher working hardness is the advantage over aebl.
Also more carbon then 14c28n and more available.

So what are you running your Nitro-V at? Also, you think that 0.06% carbon makes that much difference? What type of side-by-side tests have you performed?
 
I got mine back from peters at 60-61HRC.
I likely wont go over 62HRC for this steel as im looking for more toughness. Essentially im looking for a balance. Edge holding and toughness, next batch will be 61-62HRC.
