How would these compare to each other?
Choosing between 2 fixed knives: Viper GMR (Hybrid Cryo) vs Maserin Woodsman (Nitro X7)

If tempered to the same hardness:
I would expect the Nitro X7 to have greater toughness, but lower wear resistance.
Most similar common alloy I can think of would be 14C28N. Not enough carbon to form wear resistant carbides.

I would expect the hybrid Cryo to have better wear resistance, but lower toughness.
Composition is similar to VG10, but with a lower carbon content. There's enough carbon to form wear resistant carbides. But the carbon content is similar to 440B, So I would expect a lower wear resistance than VG10.
