Good NJBillK is a genuinely good guy

I had the opportunity to buy a nice Carothers EDC in 4V (and a hand made sheath) from NJBillK recently. His communication, speed of shipping, follow up, etc. was absolutely perfect. Fantastic to deal with. Unfortunately, (through no fault of NJBillK) we went through the uncomfortable situation of having the package lost by USPS. Bill went out of his way to ensure that the package was found. He made several trips to his own Post Office, he and I exchanged multiple messages, and he spent time on the phone with my local Post Office. In all of his communication, he was thorough, helpful, and always pleasant. Thankfully we were able to recover the package (in large part due to all the leg work done by NJBillK) with the knife and sheaths intact.

I wanted to make sure he got some recognition for the way he handled himself. If he had a business, he would have a lifelong customer in me. If you are thinking about buying a knife from him, I would have absolutely no reservations. He's one of the good guys, an I'm thankful that I had the opportunity to work with him.

I was just doing what should be done. A deal isn't complete until the Buyer is content. I am glad you finally received your knife.
