The NMFSH is the perfect Micarta Busse chopper, in my opinion. I've owned and/or used most of the BMs, and can honestly say that I favor the NMFSH by a long shot. I cannot find a bad thing to say about it. The balance is absolutely spot on for maximum functionality and comfort. The edges on mine were sharpened by BEEF and are incredibly sharp. The design and geometry of the NMFSH make it a chopping machine that will surely be a Busse classic.
