Something like this ?

I understand the disappointment. I had to return a blue anodized Launch, and a limited edition G-10 Ti-Lite, the first week I received them.
Buy a different color Endura, and send your other in for repair. You need more than one Endura anyhow. The new one will be in by the end of the week. I recommend orange and blue. I use cheapo torx sets, but I make sure I have the right size the first time, press down really hard, and go VERY SLOWLY watching closely to see if the screw is actually turning. I move my clips to the lanyard hole side, and don't mess with them again. I think the Tenacious series are the only ones that I have stripped.

I use the Benchmade blue box set. It comes with an extension and I haven't stripped anything since.
It has 3 sizes, 6, 8 & 10 I think and it's all I've needed.

Lots of people blame cheap drivers, but I've been removing T-6 screws from Spyderco clips for 12 years with this $5 Husky set from Home Depot (2004 price, they've probably gone up a buck or three) without incident and I've pretty much reached the stage of life where putting the lid back on a peanut butter jar three times in a row without cross threading it is an accomplishment. My secret? If the screw won't turn using just the bit, without the handle, I apply heat and try again.

News screws coming from spyderco, warranty dept contacted me this morning

So I'll get screw out and use replacements

Thanks again to spyderco for awesome customer service

As far as tools

I think it was a combination of not pressing hard enough into the fastener and having a torx bit that is a bit chewed up some

I'll be grinding the torx bit back to undamaged area and give it another go

Update:

Screwectomy was successful id like to thank all of blade forums for tips and tricks

I have clip moved to its proper location awaiting the replacement screws to arrive so I can replace the slotted bastard screw currently giving my PM2 some "character"

It is easy to use one size too small of torx bit.

The manufacturing tolerances of the smaller bits seems to be all over the place.

It is easy to round off the edges of the small torx bits.

Tape a piece is sandpaper to your workbench and scribble with your torx bit like a crayon, making sure to hold the torx driver completely vertical.. You can really sharpen them up and get better bite. This has worked very, very well for me.
