It's not a big deal to me but I certainly appreciate when they leave the nail nick off a knife that doesn't need it.I absolutely love clean blades. Whenever there is enough blade to grab, just diss the cursed nail nick (or even worse, the match striker nick. It looks cool, though). Here is the one that enlightened me :
