If you're patient, there are lots of knives that go through the Passaround Forum, including a few High End knives like a Sebenza, Strider and Hinderer XM-18.
Spyderco has several that make the rounds, as well.
Take your time, wait for a passaround you're interested in, and enjoy a chance to handle a few knives.
I've seen dozens of knives through that forum, and it's been very helpful, when I combine the experience with reviews in the review forum that allows me to compare similar knives.
Other than that, the youtube reviews that folks post are great.
