Ok guys, here is a chance to tell those ladies of yours that they can benefit from bladeforums! I have a diamond and sapphire ring for sale that was the wifeys. We are going through and cleaning some stuff out and this is one going to the chopping block.
We took it to be appraised and this is how it reads:
"one lady's 14 karat white gold ring containing ten round diamonds and fourteen round sapphires. The diamonds weigh approximately .035 carats each and are VS2 and SI1 in clarity and F-G in color. The sapphires weigh approximately .05 carats each and are A to AAA in quality. All wieghts are by measurement. The Diamonds are set in a marquise shape in the center with sapphires around the diamonds"
The jeweler told me that one of the sapphires has a crack in it but just looking at it I cant see it. I would assume she used a loupe to see it. This was not listed in the appraisal but wanted to mention it as full disclosure.
The appraised value on this is 1495.00. We are wanting to sell it for 1000.00 or best offer, paypal only +3% to cover fees. This price includes shipping and insurance to your door, USPS. If you have any questions feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer them. Trades + cash would also be considered as well.
