Have you checked the permissions in your Settings to see if they are the same as you had them?

I just checked my options to make sure I had email notifications enabled. I haven't gotten any notifications in a long time.

My notifications stopped about 3 pm eastern today. Just checked my permissions and they were all okay. I clicked "save" again, hoping for a re-boot if needed. I'm on RR Turbo if that has anything to do with you other members.
