Not much talk about them. I just wondered what others thought about them. I have the medium and the large and I think they are the best looking lites yet. The only negatives I have is the clip is fixed and there were random scratches on the blades as they came out of the package.

wow i love the buck new buck lites also!
to tell the truth the large one is better for pocket
carry then the 110
also the finger relief is a wonder full thing to have!
when i make rubber buckyes i like to put one there on the 110
safty issue to me and it looks good also..
these are one heavley under rated knife!!
and as a by the way the blade will fit right in a
110 frame!!!
seen one at the factory and now i have one!

Robert,

I got the large version and wasn't overly impressed with it but then I'm not a fan of plastic knives. But it is a nice knife for what it is...which is an inexpensive utility cutter. Positives aside from price are thumstuds & and a lowride clip (which I don't require but is the trend for knives now).

Mine was very sharp and comes with Buck's excellent blade geometry. I toyed with what to do with it and finially gave it to my wife for a garden knife. So it got the job of cutting broccoli, carrot tops, etc. in day to day garden activities. For this it's just a super knife all around. If it get's muddy...OK wash it off with the hose and set it in the window over the sink. If it get's dull the Sharpmaker brings it right back.

So for a user knife for hard dirty use...its a champ.

I have two large and one medium and am not too impressed with them either...I love Bucks, but these are not tops on my list....

I have the three sizes - they are made to a price and it shows but they represent a superior alternative to cheap Asian made knives. The blade steel is the same as more expensive and revered Bucks. They are lightweight, functional and economical. They are working knives, not collectors items.

Here they are side by side with the more traditional models

The difference in blade profiles is interesting. The swedge on the smallest model goes back a long way.

Of the range the medium size is my preference. It is also the one that works best for one handed opening.

I like the large one, it's great for everyday tasks, I wish I could take off the pocket clip though, I hate those things.
