No love for the "R"?

I guess this is highly subjective. I started out with an Endura, so i LOVE the back lock more than the newer fancier designs like the ball bearing lock and nested compression lock. And i really like the R series, not that i carry mine, but they just have a quiet presence. Gotta love the Nishijin glass fibre as well.
 
I'm a fan of the R, it's like a Delica and a PM2 had a baby. Far prefer it to the stretch in blade shape and ergos, and feels great in a forward grip. I even like the deeper more aggressive jimping.
