Beautiful dogs!

Love the Heterochromia on the Husky (or is it a Malamute). It's one of the things that drew us to our dog when she was a pup.

The Shepherd still looks relatively young. Still has to grow into his/her paws.

Joe, I saw the most beautiful dog when we were up visiting my folks a couple of weeks ago. It was a Belgian Shepherd. Love at first sight from my point of view. You can understand why I adore your early rising dogs!

I love dogs, but don't have one at the moment and don't want to get one at the moment. (getting divorced, about to move, etc.) My favorite was my first dog, a German Shepherd/Lab mix. Just imagine how smart she was! My favorite breed of dog is a rescued mutt from a shelter. They're usually smart, grateful and not too cocky.

If I had to pick a breed, I'd pick a black lab. I had a lab mix one time and he was GREAT. I can see why they're America's Favorite:

My dogs: Petunia and her mother, Gracie, are toy Aussies. I had a couple of 45lb minis, but my four-foot fence couldn’t contain them. For that matter, a 6-footer can’t keep them in. The both live where they have room to run and livestock to keep them occupied. Aussies are smart, energetic, athletic dogs. My third of an acre is plenty of room for my girls to run.

Charlie is a standard poodle.

I don’t have a favorite knife, but one or the other of my Opinel 6s is always in my pocket.

This was not going to be an entry, as I just bought that knife a couple of months ago. But my son would like it, so please count me in.

Definitely like knives and I use them every day for work and pleasure. I love dogs and have not been without one for almost 30 years. Pushing 51 years old, so that's covered. Anyway, this is my Catahoula Lab mix, Ace.

Here are my favorite pair of knives. A couple custom made fixed blades.
One has box elder burl handles and the other redwood.
And my dog, hes a mini labradoodle, thats where he sits when I work at home, under the table at my feet.
