Nice looking piece and if I had the funds I would snatch it up in a moment. The handle reminds of a Trident fixed blade. Again... awesome work:thumbup:

To hear the comment like this is the affliction and sorrow of the least maker.:)

Good people, Good hoppy.

However if you've falt it, your viewpoint is correct. I count on the viewpoints of customers and the viewers even if as a maker I deny it. Also I like the comments like this more. The praise gives me courage and the indication gives me an how I should do. Thank you a lot, bros!

The M2 High Speed Steel is my favorite one personally. I use it Bohler made from Austria. The hardness of it is almost HRC 62, it's the same grade of drills, endmills and files.
The heat-treatment is proceeded to 2 times (2times tempering) for 18 hours in the atmosphere heater. How to do is the unique technology of the D.S.H works which make RAIDOPS heat-treatment. After the process, The surface is changed black colored. And differently from we've known, The M2 HSS is so strong from rust to reach that of D2.
I came to be known the feeling of steels each, M2, D2, CPM S30V and 440B...
My favorite feeling when I grind them is from M2. The feeling is so tough, hot but clean at the same time.
So I love M2 steel as several reasons. Thank you.

I am not Japanese. I am Canadian. I lived in Japan for two years. My wife is Japanese.

Kim,

the Flying Tiger arrived and is totaly awesome. the attention to detail and the fit & finish go farther than i would expect in this price range. this knife is built like a TANK. while not a big blade, the knike inspires confidence.Love the finish of the M-2, it's so diffirent from every thing else. the sheath is no bigger than needed, ONE GREAT PACKAGE

Kim, thank you for the nice extra's. we will have to do buisness agin.

I'm more taken with that knife all the time. I'm sorry I missed it. Maybe next time one gets up I'll be quicker-or not buying shotguns that week.
BTW. Beretta uses Bohler steel in their finest grade shotguns-the SO series. They use old tomato paste cans for the others.:-) No, I guess that's Alfa-
Romeo.

Hey Kim, i see you have another very satisfied customer:D

i have a question, you seem to have lots o new stuff coming up on your site but what happened to the catboy and flying tiger? they are no longer found on the site. will these be made anymore? will the Vulcan be a regular model?

also what coating is on the soldier spirit? SUS black? how tough is it?

Happy holidays!

Oh, I'm so late. Sorry!
Inspecto! I'm so glad to hear your praise. I also thanks to you your heartly welcome. I'm also glad to know you as liked M2 steel.
And madfast! Glad a lot! You're also great to me. how's your knives going? And let me explain about the catboy and flying tiger. I love their designs. It's so comfortable to grip and to carry. However the specialists in korea adviced me not to make them anymore. Because I love them too much not to create another models, if I dont' stop the making of them, I can't develop the improved design anymore...maybe it means 'become complacent?' So they say I should break by myself... I agreed. But I love the flying tiger styles, I plan the last version of it " The brilliant honor". It will be made just 3~4EA, as limited version. I'll say bye to the flying tiger ver. by it. And I'll provide it with a "brilliant honor". If it's sorry to you. I'm sorry. However I don't forget the flying tiger as the first hit model and gives me a self confidence as a maker.
The vulcan is I'm trouble now. on other aspect, it's also another the flying tiger...
The soldier spirit is almost TANK as the INSPECTO said to the M2's. The coating is a sort of Parkerizing but stronger than parkerizing. And color is black. They call it SUS black at field. As you know The parkerizing is used as the coating of M1911 Military COLT. I like it so much. The grey almost kill me!!! It's also for the M2's of INSPECTO. But any coating, The chrome coationg the best, the king. I tried to remove it with a blasting. The Micro blasting can remove titanium coating like TiCN,TiAln, DLC...etc, However it couldn't remove it. So strong... on your catboy and the flying tiger!
Thank you! And happy new year bros!

However the specialists in korea adviced me not to make them anymore.

Thanks for the info kim! i'm sorry to hear that you will not make anymore catboys and flying tigers, but what about the soldier spirit? will you make more of those in the future? or should i put my order in now? :D

i can't wait to see the improved designs you are talking about!

madfast! It's good for me of you to order soldier spirit, however I think you have enough to the flying tigers...! the soldier spirit is also the bro of the flying tiger!!! It's just my joke.;) , Thank you for your comment.
Perfact changed style is impossible I think. But as a maker it's better to find the new ones than be satisfy with his succeed models without any trial...
Thank you again, madfast and Inspecto!!!!!
