Hello Mr. Glesser (I'm sorry, I'm too shy to call you Sal as many do in the forum but don't worry; it's just because I respect you so much). I hope you remember me; I've been reading too many posts complaining about Spyderco CS lately. I feel the need to say something also. Once I was one disrespectful angry a$$hole with you people too. Since you & your team took care of my complaint I realized the kind of person you are & the kind of persons that work for you. I still feel uncomfortable with that situation but I hope you have forgiven my attitude.
If anyone else has an issue/complaint/unhappiness because of a Spyderco product, I'd give you an advice: take a couple of minutes & read the many positive feedbacks & Mr. Glesser's answers to each & every one of those problems. Then realize who you are writing to & then hit the "Submit New Thread" button.

I couldn't agree more. People jump feet first into these forums with guns blazing and expect everyone to bow to them. Life doesn't work that way, why should it be that way on the internet?

Hi T.O.

Sure I remember you. No anger on my part. All is forgiven. Hope we sorted your problem.

Thanx for the kind comments.

I have been a Spyderco fan since I purchased my first ladybug, I believe back in the 80's. After logging into this forum and speaking to Lynette at the factory outlet a few times, I am even more impressed with the professional level of service. Thanks again, Sal.
