Why do I get this message when I try to suscribe?

My credit card is working, I just ordered on Amazon today, and with paypal 2 weeks ago.

I think it is because you is foreign and live in Canada!

I had the same problem coz I has a British bank account and live in Canada, an even more heinous crime. Cougar Allen directed me to Spark's shop website, and I paid there. It costs a couple of bucks more.

Well no, you don't pay for Basic, because that is free. Go for Gold like I did. Spark has just paid 10 GRAND for a new server! I am sure he would appreciate it.

Right, I believe the Basic Membership option is only available to people who can use the automated system. The problem is $10 would barely pay the expense of manual processing. Sorry.

Andrew, you're confusing Basic Members with Registered Users.
