I purchased an Apple Watch from TTHOMAS on Wednesday January 17. Paid within minutes. He was MIA for days with excuses. Finally on 1/20 he sent me a bogus tracking number.

I will pursue this scammer with a vengeance.

Beware of doing any business with him.

A bad apple to spoil the bunch unfortunately.

I sent him the tracking number, look at the attached receipt. Look at my feedback. Guy needs to relax.

Thank you for your quick response. I'm going to remove the image as it contains personal information.

It appears the parcel is due to ship tomorrow and be delivered Friday via UPS.

Currently, no tracking information is in the system.

No dog in this fight but the recent cold spell has deliveries all over the US messed up. The USPS tracking system has been trashed with slow and few updates. I’d have to assume other delivery companies are experiencing the same problems.

Agreed. Some of my stuff is stuck in TN right now, which I know is still frozen and supposed to get more precipitation if they haven’t already.

USPS tracking info is iffy on a good day. Throw in the extreme weather most of the country is seeing the last few weeks, you’re lucky their web site is even up. I’d even give it another day or two past whatever delivery date they’re displaying now - that’s been my experience lately.

Informed delivery was down for me for about three hours yesterday, fortunately my package did arrive, finally, right before 8 pm after being delayed 5 days from the weather.
I had a different item vanish completely down at the Atlanta regional distribution center during this mess, I just took a refund on that one and went to a brick and mortar for it. Paid more but at least I got it.
It's not just the OP, it's everybody.

I have been monitoring this and it shows scheduled delivery in a week via UPS. I did not copy the tracking number as no one else but the parties needs that info.

Maybe change the title of the thread. I've done business with Tthomas and had a good experience.
Recently had 2 packages have some slow delivery times. One I sent to Houston on the 9th finally landed today. The other one being sent to me from Birmingham on the 10th finally showed back up on radar in Seattle, but I'm in NM. Just gotta be patient and what it out.

And it's been scanned into the system? On what date did it actually ship?

Sure there has been weather, but also looks like some foot dragging to me.

A day or two slow to ship does not warrant a GBU thread. Just my opinion. Especially with sellers feedback rating. Paid on the 17th and and sent tracking on the 20th is only 3 days. I have waited that long several times with sellers on this site.

If it wasn't scanned into the system, it wouldn't say "ON THE WAY"

I don't know the reasons why there may have been delays. I'm solely concerned with whether the parties honored their commitments and the buyer gets his item.

Anything further can be supplied by the parties to the transaction. We have other fires to attend to.

Ah, it helps that this pic has "label created", too. Some services use "on the way" when the item as not actually been shipped, and just the label created. Thanks for the clarification.

While true, a day or two in shipping is no big deal, three or four days with excuses and poor communication starts to become an issue. Also, I put this seller on ignore after his last thread in April. Seems a similar pattern, maybe this thread got the ball rolling a little faster. Who knows. If that tracking is correct, and not knowing where this is shipping from, 12 days after payment seems a little long to get anything these days. I would be worried, probably wouldn't start a thread though. Then again, I personally wouldn't deal with tthomas after this thread: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/disappointed-with-tthomas.1926979/

To each their own and I hope it all works out for the OP.

In general, I agree though I think open communication is key

Recent weather has slowed damn near everything down. I have a knife in transit that I sent on the 17th. It's been in "on the way" or "moving thru system" for about a week now.

Since this item was shipped by UPS, all this extraneous discussion of USPS issues is irrelevant to the OP's case. Let's please try to keep this thread to what the actual matter is...as it is getting sidetracked unnecessarily.

I have found when sellers use UPS it tends to slow things down a bit as that often requires a trip to an actual UPS store or local "Mail Box" type shop which for most working people happens on a Saturday. USPS makes labels and pickup easy and more often ships within a day or two. If you want UPS to pick up it is a fairly hefty charge unless your place of work has a regular stop.

Bought on the 17th (morning or evening?) and shipped on Saturday would not alarm me, especially since it was a UPS shipment.
