No real help from Buck knife warranty

I sent my 110 back to Buck because the blade was hard to open one-handed. I requested that they adjust the swivel. My old Buck 110 (stolen from me) was a dream to open with my thumb and a flick of the wrist. Lorrie, the lady I spoke with (sweet lady, God bless her) sent it back un-adjusted, but with a thumb stud. It's still stiff, but does open with one hand. It's a bit clumsy, but I guess time will tell. I may consider Case knives or any other blades you guys might recommend. Ciao..! 👍
The fact that they were nice enough to give you a free accessory for your 100% in spec knife to make you happy should tell you everything you need to know about Buck.

They are a little stiff when new, flush it with a little oil and ket it break in, it'll be everything you want and more before you know it.

Everyone always says flush it out, then oil it, then break it in.

The oil stops wear. My theory flush it out good, then run it dry for a while. To break it in with no lubricant.

Then flush it out again, oil it, and enjoy it.
