Three days ago, I had ordered a knife from www.knifemaking.us. After paid for the knife via Paypal, I got a only recipet from Paypal. Since then I get no message from the seller. I had also send them an email asking about shipping date on the same day (February 8) but also do not get any reply back. I now just sent another email to them.

I also find that there is another site name www.knife-mart.com which have the same appearance of the page but differ only the URL name.

Is this normal? Do I need to worry. Anyone used to buy from this website, please share.
 
Many websites that deal with similar content will have similar layouts, it makes sense. I have no experience with the web site you bought from, but it has only been 3 days according to you. I'd give it at least a week before going into worry mode. You used paypal so you are covered with buyers protection. In the future you may want to research the vendors more thoroughly before making any purchases.

Normally, I would say that 3 days isn't very long to wait, but in this case, don't hold your breath. These sites have been reported in the past as being shady. Their address : 21 Blade St Washington DC 20010 - doesn't even exist.

NEXT TIME, check the company BEFORE you buy from them not afterwards. If you look at their site, try clicking on the "security" verification logos. If they're not real links but just a pasted image, you should find somewhere else to shop.

In this case, contact PayPal and initiate a chargeback. Let PayPal know that you believe this to be a sham site and would like to cancel your purchase.

NEXT TIME, check the company BEFORE you buy from them not afterwards.
