The reason I requested the pattern number photos was because the OP didn't mention one at all, and you listed one that wasn't
correct for a NO-RUSTAIN knife, nor was it correct for this pattern as it defined another pattern entirely. And, you omitted a digit.

The pattern number of your knife is 629271. The "6" denotes bone handles, the "2" denotes two blades and the "9" denotes a
NO-RUSTAIN pattern. The third digit usually denoted the liner/bolster materials. Strictly speaking, that would mean the NO-RUSTAIN
knives had stainless steel liners and bolsters. I do not think that is the case. Possibly, the liners, but not the bolsters, they are
nickel-silver (white brass). The last three digits were the handle-die shape pattern number.

I just checked my database. I have no 271 pattern jack listed at all. I've never encountered this pattern before.
