Most high quality knives don't show use very well because they were designed to wear well. Take for example this nuked Sebenza. It is my EDC, and I mean true EVERY day carry. It has gone on many camping trips, hikes, and it has been used hard. However, the handle was stonewashed, and it doesn't look much different than when I got it.
