Nocturnal knives ???

Ok, so I've been lookin to buy a Nocturnal ENC HBAR... Problem is, their website won't take any orders, and I've emailed them numerous times over the past few months with no response.
Does anyone out there in the knife community know of anything about these guys ? Are they still making knives ? Or can anyone direct me to where I can find an ENC HBAR ?
I'd really appreciate any help...
